(ព្រុចសែល)៖ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា សម្ដេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានលើកឡើងកាលពីថ្ងៃពុធ ទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ថាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឆបោកបាន និងកំពុងបំផ្លាញសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់កម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាធ្វើឱ្យកម្ពុជាមានឈ្មោះមិនល្អ ប៉ុន្តែសម្ដេចបានច្រានចោលរាល់ការចោទប្រកាន់ដែលថារដ្ឋាភិបាលបានសមគំនិត ឬបានចូលរួមជាមួយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឆបោកទាំងអស់នោះ។ នេះបើតាមការចេញផ្សាយដោយទីភ្នាក់ងារសារព័ត៌មាន AFP។

សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បន្តផ្តល់បទសម្ភាសន៍ពិសេសផ្តាច់មុខដល់ទីភ្នាក់ងារសារព័ត៌មានបារាំង AFP នៅប្រទេសបែលហ្សិកដោយលើកឡើងពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ និងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងការឆបោកតាមបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។

សម្តេចធិបតី បានថ្លែងថា​ ៖ បណ្តាញបោកប្រាស់តាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា “សេដ្ឋកិច្ចខ្មៅ” កំពុងបំផ្លាញសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដ៏ស្មោះត្រង់របស់កម្ពុជា។ ​បណ្តាញ​បោក​ប្រាស់​តាម​ប្រព័ន្ធ​បច្ចេកវិទ្យា ឬហៅថាសេដ្ឋកិច្ចខ្មៅ កំពុង​បំផ្លាញ​សេដ្ឋកិច្ច​ដ៏ស្មោះ​ត្រង់កម្ពុជា និងធ្វើឱ្យខូចកេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះរបស់កម្ពុជា។ ហេតុ​នេះហើយទើបយើងប្តេជ្ញាថា នឹងបោសសំអាតវាឱ្យអស់”។

សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ប្រាប់ AFP ថា «កម្ពុជាមិនមែនបង្កើនភាពតានតឹង យើងចង់បន្ធូរបន្ថយ និងចង់បានការរួមរស់ជាមួយថៃដោយសន្តិភាព» ។

សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានផ្តល់បទកិច្ចសម្ភាសន៍ ជាមួយទីភ្នាក់ងារព័ត៌មានបារាំង (AFP) ថា៖ «កម្ពុជាចង់បានការបន្ធូរបន្ថយភាពតានតឹង និងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធី សម្រាប់បញ្ហាជម្លោះព្រំដែនជាមួយនឹងប្រទេសថៃ»។

នៅក្នុងបទសម្ភាសន៍ដ៏កម្រជាមួយបណ្តាញសារព័ត៌មានអន្តរជាតិ សម្តេចធិបតី បានបន្តថា៖ «យើងមិនមែនកំពុងបង្កើនជម្លោះជាមួយថៃទេ! យើងចង់បន្ធូរបន្ថយជម្លោះ ហើយយើងចង់បានការរួមរស់ជាមួយគ្នាដោយសុខសន្តិភាព»។

សម្តេចធិបតី ក៏បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើទង្វើឈ្លានពានរបស់ថៃ ដែលថៃបាននិងកាន់កាប់លើទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ហួសឆ្ងាយពីចំណុចដែលថៃខ្លួនឯងអះអាងថាជាខ្សែបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរទៅទៀត និងបានលាតត្រដាងសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានរបស់ថៃផងដែរ បន្ទាប់ពីទីក្រុងបាងកកក្នុងសប្តាហ៍នេះបានចោទប្រកាន់មកលើកម្ពុជាជាថ្មីម្តងទៀត អំពីការបំពានបទឈប់បាញ់ ដែលសម្រេចបានកាលពីខែធ្នូ ចុងឆ្នាំមុន។

សម្តេចធិបតី បានបន្ថែមដោយឆ្លើយតបនឹងសំណួរថាតើកម្ពុជានឹងប្រើកម្លាំងយោធា ដើម្បីវាយយកទឹកដីដែលបាត់បង់មកវិញឬយ៉ាងណា? ដោយ សម្តេចធិបតី បានឆ្លើយតបយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា៖ «យើងប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់ជំហរបន្ធូរបន្ថយជម្លោះ និងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធីជានិច្ច»។

សូមរម្លឹកថា កងកម្លាំងឈ្លានពានថៃ បាន និងកំពុងបង្កើតស្ថានភាពថ្មីនៅលើទីតាំង ជាក់ស្តែង (fait accompli) តាមរយៈការ រាយបន្លាលួស ដាក់ទូកុងតឺន័រ និងបំផ្លាញ ផ្ទះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា ដែលថៃបានកាន់កាប់ដោយខុសច្បាប់ បន្ទាប់ពីបទឈប់បាញ់កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
